1.Grabbing and Palletizing Capability: It can accurately grab various bagged products, whether they are woven bags, plastic bags or bags of other materials, and can complete neat palletizing according to preset procedures and layouts. It can stack bags into multi-layer stacks, and by reasonably planning the arrangement of each layer, it greatly improves the stacking efficiency, while ensuring the regularity of the stack shape and avoiding problems such as bag skew and falling.
2.Automated Operation Function: It can completely replace manual labor to complete repetitive grabbing, handling and palletizing work, realizing continuous and stable automated operations. It can seamlessly adapt to the factory’s automated production process, maintain stable performance during long-term uninterrupted operation, effectively reduce labor input, and significantly improve the overall production efficiency.
3.Capability to Adapt to Different Bag Types: It has good compatibility and can adapt to various specifications of bag products within the design parameters. Regardless of the differences in the size, weight and material of the bags, as long as they are within the parameter range such as the robot’s working load and grabbing range, it can accurately complete the grabbing and palletizing operations, which greatly enhances the flexibility in the production process and meets the needs of multi-variety production.
4.Positioning and Precision Control Function: It achieves precise positioning with the help of advanced technologies such as sensors, ensuring minimal position error of the bags during palletizing. This high-precision control can ensure the stability of the stack, reduce the risk of bags tipping over and slipping, which is not only beneficial to subsequent warehouse management, but also facilitates the handling link.
