The core capabilities of palletizing robots in practical applications:
.Grabbing and Palletizing: Accurately grab barrel – shaped products, and neatly stack the barrels according to the planned procedures and layout. For example, as shown in the picture, stack the barrels into multi – layer stacks, improving the stacking efficiency and regularity.
.Automated Operation: Replace manual labor, operate continuously and stably, reduce labor input, adapt to the factory’s automated production process, and can run uninterruptedly for a long time, improving production efficiency.
.Adaptation to Different Barrel Types: Generally, it can be adapted to a variety of barrel specifications (within its design parameters). As long as the size of the barrel is within the parameters such as the robot’s working load and grabbing range, it can grab and stack, enhancing production flexibility.
.Positioning and Precision: Achieve precise positioning through sensors, etc. The positioning error during palletizing is small, ensuring the stability of the stack, reducing the risk of barrel tipping, etc., and facilitating warehousing and subsequent handling. For example, make each layer of the stacked barrels aligned, and the whole stack is stable.
